Project Management Methodology, Support the Test Team
Once the item constructed is with the test team, the development team need to support the test team;
- Need to educate on the function of what they have delivered where that was not clear in the specifications
- Need to assist where issues are reported to help the test team report the issue and help the test team move onto the next items to test
