Project Management Methodology and the Test Manager

Once the item the product is built, it will need to be tested by a team not involved in with the build, this team will often have a manager who will need to put together a set of tests to test the product;

The manager will read though the Scope, Analysis and design documents, then;

• The development team will need to educate the manager in regards to what they believe the components do, to validate and confirm the specifications;
• The development team will need to educate the manager on when the components will be completed, and how they will be delivered to testing;
